Nausea, abd pain, diarrhea, black out

I have been having more and more episodes of me waking up in the middle of the night with severe abdominal cramps and nausea. I get up to go to the bathroom, have diarrhea and then black out from the pain. I have seen every doctor, GI, cardio, neuro, and ENT. They all seem to think I vasovagal. I have had numerous tests, 2-EGDs, colonoscopy, CT of head, MRI of head, tilt table test. The only thing the colonoscopy showed was healing ulcer and angiodysplasia. It's happening more and more and I'm terrified of the long term effects. Has anyone else experienced this?
