Need help. Diarrhea

I am 30 years old. I've had diarrhea for nearly 3 months now and doctors can find what's wrong besides a ct scan that showed inflammation. I've been taken antibiotics but they don't seem to work and my appetite is pretty much vacant. Over the past month or so I have lost 30lbs and counting. I was 170 lbs and now I am under 140. Due to the antibiotics I am nauseated. I've tried Zofran and Phenergan for the nausea and none of it helps. I feel like it's getting worse. Im nauseated and very fatigued. Please does anyone know what it may be and what I need to do?

I'm not taking the antibiotics any more. It's the third time that a different Dr put me on them first 2 times was flagyl and cipro and last was flagyl and lovazana or something like that. They have all been prescriptions. They aren't what cause the diarrhea. All I know is probiotics make it worse which to think about it. It may be because I was taking the antibiotics with it. I'm prolly gonna have to have a colonoscopy done to see what they can find. My mother believes it could be an ulcer and had me start taking prilosec each day and see if it helps reduce the acid. I've don't alot of research on it and all its really done is scare me and make me think I may have a tumor or cancer but I would think the CT scan would have picked that up. I'm ready for it to get better so I can possibly get my appetite back and gain back all the weight that I lost. It's a very touching moment. This year my life has been upside down. Got laid off from working offshore. No insurance aND bouncing from job to job trying to survive. I finally start a new job and then the next day this hits me and won't go away

You need to have more tests done to find out what's causing the inflammation. If you're somehow taking antibiotics without prescription, stop now before they damage your liver and kidneys.

why are you taking antibiotics? Stop taking them. Did the diarrhea start after you starting taking them?
Our digestive systems have a mixture of good and bad bacteria. The good bacteria keeps things like yeast in our gut at a manageable level. When you take antibiotics it kills all the bacteria, good and bad, and therefore things like yeast grow and cause major problems.
First thing to do is to stop taking antiboitics, start taking probiotics (at least 10 billion cultures), start a low fodmap diet (google it), and hopefully these things will have you feeling better in a short amount of time.

I had a stool culture but it didn't show anything. They were wanting me to do another one but I figured it was a waste of time so I turned it down. The dr it gonna put me on some kind of pills like imodium for diarrhea and they have some samples of some things to coat my stomach 30 mins before I eat so it doesn't upset it. Gonna try the samples out and see if they help. On my second day of prilosec so maybe that will ease me through this. The antibiotics are out of the picture because I don't want to try something that the only thing it seems to do is nauseat me when it's time to go to work and can't because I feel like hurling.

no more antibiotics. and for future reference, probiotics can interfere with antibiotics, so its best to run through the course of antibiotics, then when done, bum rush yourself with probiotics to build up the flora again.
Colonoscopy would be best bet, if not that than an abdominal mri.
fyi doctors prescribe antibiotics for everything these days, many times unnecessarily. unless you are fighting a bacterial infection taking them wont do anything.
