Need help with Undiagnosed abdominal pain

I have had moderate to severe RLQ and RUQ abdominal pain for a few months that is getting progressively worse. I also have pain in my right groin area, a hollow/bloated/pressure sensation between my ribs, distended stomach, right side and lower back pain, light-colored stools, occasional nausea but no vomiting and nighttime itching.

Gallbladder removed in 1997 and I am Non-celiac gluten intolerant and on a gluten free diet.

The pain is worse after eating but is constant.

Taking Protonix, Amitiza and IB Guard for IBS, which I've had since my teens.

EGD and colonoscopy from 2013 were normal. The following tests were normal from 3 weeks ago as well: CBC, Abdominal and pelvic CT, liver, pancreas, kidney blood work, pelvic ultrasound. I have lost 8 lbs in 4 weeks because I cannot eat much.

What other testing would you recommend and for what conditions?
