Need information on stomach flu?

I threw up and had watery diarreah Sunday night and all day Monday and Monday night. Tuesday early my bf took me to the emergency room. They said I had stomach flu and pumped me with IV fluids and gave me some medicine for the watery diarreah I was having. So today is Friday and I still feel weak and slightly dizzy when standing and a little nausea. I have been eating rice and jello. What else should I do to feel better and less weak and nauseous....? I need to feel better by tomorrow I have to go back to work. Please help.
