Weak and constant upper right abdominal pain for days, what can it be?

Hello, I'm having this weak and constant upper right abdominal pain for several days now. The stool is also yellow for a couple of days now. It all started after a large meal. I feel full after just starting to eat also. What can it be?

There are multiple potential causes, one of which is something you ate.  Here's a list of conditions that can cause yellow stool: https://www.healthline.com/health/digestive-health/yellow-stool#causes

Of those, gallbladder seems the most likely unless you have risk factors for the others mentioned.  You might wait a few days to see if it subsides on its own, indicating it was an issue with the food you ate.  If not, it's best to see a doctor for a diagnosis.

Thanks for the reply! It actually changed now: I don't feel the upper right weak and constant abdominal pain anymore.
But I do feel pain when I touch (and only then) a very specific spot at about 5 cm above the navel.  It is quite sharp, but not too strong. Weird :( I do hope it is not something getting worse.
