Off white Chunky Discharge by Mouth

I have had this reoccur for a number of years and I simply dismissed it as particles of the food coming out. Only recently I took one in my hands and squeezed it. It had look and feel of a chunky cottage cheese and a "bad breath" smell, I was told that this discharge is created by my asophygus. I would appreciate any input on why this is happening and how can I stop it or treat it.

Thank you! I was going out of my mind researching and most doctors don't even know about it. You were right they are tonsil stones.
