Ongoing gastrointestinal issues with no resolution

To start, I'm 24 year old, thin, relatively healthy guy (or at least, was healthy). Ever since January I've been having gastrointestinal problems that just get worse (or at the very least won't get better). My food seems to sit in my stomach, making it hard to breathe, causes back pain and mental fuzziness. I always have a pain in my upper left quadrant - sometimes it's burning, sometimes stabbing. It seems to be altered by food (hurts when I'm very full) and also hurts after straining during a bowel movement. My bowel movements are never normal. They're always a light orangey color with mucous. What's stranger, is that they're often covered with a thick, clay-like, dark brown shell (of which you can literally see the imprints of my intestinal wall as if it's been extremely compressed), but the inside is always unformed and orange. Sometimes my entire gastrointestinal system burns. I've lost fluid, muscle, or something around my joints...I can see the difference in how bony they look now, and they're painful (especially my knees). Irritable bowel has been suggested, but does not explain the joint problems and constant pain in the exact same spot. I should note that due to my job, I've eaten literally nothing but fast food for the past year. No fruits or vegetables to speak of at all, really. I feel like I have some kind of ulcer in my system somewhere. I've been through a gauntlet of tests - Abdominal ultrasound, Abdominal CT scan, Upper GI, Endoscopy, bloodwork to test for autoimmune diseases, celiac disease, Chron's disease, pancreatic enzyme levels, HIDA scan...literally everything, and everything comes back negative and normal. My doctor's keep trying to put me on anti-depressants, and I get the impression that they think it's all in my head. I know when something is wrong with my body, and have never been a hypochondriac (or even that conscious of my body for that matter). I don't know why my gastro. can't see anything wrong when reviewing these expensive tests when I clearly feel and know something is. Isn't there anyone out there who can help me and doesn't think I'm crazy? Also of note, I cannot drink alcohol without the stabbing/burning pain in my upper left quadrant becoming absolutely unbearable the next morning. A few months back I drank quite a bit at a party, and the next morning my stool was covered in bloody mucous. I took a fecal occult blood test within massive array of testing I had done, and naturally, no blood was detected...at least not during those three days I had to collect samples.

You could use a Nutritional Therapist Practitioner.  Look them up on-line.  The main school is out of Olympia WA. but practitioners are all over the globe.  They are trained to deal with exactly what you describe.

Good luck and drink some water
