PAIN IN LOWER STOMACH

Every morning now for the past three months I have woken up by pain in my lower stomach. I have IBS, Barrett's Esohpagus aand diverticulus. I noticed that my urine has been alittle dark in the morning, but my doctor said, that was normal. I'm starting to wonder if it could be my bladder. I had my prostate checked and the doctor said, it was alittle enlarged, but nothing to be concerned about. I had blood work done. All came back fine, including my PSI . What could be causing this pain. I also noticed that I am tired more in the morning and I have sore muscles and joints. They ease up as I move around. I am 56 and just wondering what this might be. Any help would be appreciated.

I would recommend asking your doctor about different elimination diets to see if this helps.

No, still eating everything the doctor told me I could eat. And eating nothing at least 3 hours before bedtime.

So are you passing more gas?  Has your diet changed recently?

Because of the cramping and gas . Sometimes I have it and sometimes I don't. My GI doctor said, it was IBS or Spastic colon.

Rushing to the bathroom to urinate or have a bowel movement?  Do you have changes in your bowel movements, nausea, or bloating?  Why do you think it is gas?

No just a pain in lower stomach and my stomach growls alot, I know its gas, but why doesn't it move. Once in awhile I will have sharp pains in my stomach and have to rush to the bathroom. I know thats part of the IBS. But why I get these pains in my stomach only in the morning is strange. My GI doctor just passed it off, like it was nothing. I also noticed that I don't belch that much. Even if I do drink a soda or beer once in a great while, maybe once a year or so.
