PVC's and Bleching/bloating

Im 34 and in great shape, lift 4-5 days per week, low blood pressure 120/80 / 110/70 with a total cholesterol of 175.  I've been on nexium for 2 years from messing up my stomach from vicodin and coffee. The last year I've been experiencing constant belching and bloating in my stomach after certain foods but staring to belch a lot after all meals.  I'm now experiencing my heart skipping beats during my belching bouts, and when I go out and drink alcohol. I cant even lead a normal life and  drink occasionally because my heart starts skipping as the bloating occurs. So its definatley is my stomach producing the air that I think from reading on hear is putting pressure on my vagus nerve causing the pvc's.  When I relax and lay down they go away, its when my stomach gets irritated and the bloating starts, the pvc's start. I tried to go on an all natural diet to balance the ph in my stomach with apple cider vinegar every meal and after a week off the nexium I had pvcs for 21/2 days straight every 5 -10 minutes with heartburn, could feel the acid in my esophagus. I knew it wasnt my heart causing the pvc's because I played 4 games of football in a tournament during the bout and would have prab died if it was my heart  ha.  So i went back on the nexium and only ate chicken/turkey and steamed vegtables and have been feeling great fore the last 7 days until last night when I went out and I guess was nervous the bloating beching started and yes the pvc's also. Lasted for a few hours till I got home and relaxed then they went away as the bloating/ belching went away. Anyway I dont know what to do anymore, I had the test with the camera down my stomach, everything was normal. I do get pains in the lower left of my stomach (gastritis still) but the gas/ bloating  and pvc's are changing my quality of life and need to see about what it will take to get my stomach corrected so I can lead a normal life. Sometimes I wonder how and where all the air that I'm burping up comes from?? Thanks for any input!!

My name is Jim 52 year old have pvc,s very bad. I have had my hert tested two times by several test and it is normal no heart disease. My stomach does bother me all the time and my doctor has me on nexium. I get bloated all the time and as soon as I do the pvc's start and do not stop until the pressure goes away by belching, gas or the food slowly moves to my lower tract. I am diabled because of this and quality of life is poor. If I don't eat I am ok but as soon as I eat and I get bloated or pressure I am one sick guy. I am try to get to the Mayo clinic to see if they can help me. The cardioligist said my pvc's are harmless because my heart is in great shape and to deal with the pvc's. I do not accept this answer from him and if I get a fix for this terrible problem I will post it.
