Pain after surgery

I had the Nissan surgery about a year ago and since then struggle with loads of wind and painful cramps after I eat. I ve tried to change my diet, take digestive enzymes etc but nothing is helping. Dr’s made me do a colonoscopy but it showed up nothing. It’s in my stomach and to do with that. I m s Stef to eat as I sit with the cramps. Dr also says it’s ibs. Anyone else have this?
