Pancreatic Cancer

Hello I'm a 24 year old make..
I'm pretty fit but do drink every now and then.. For the past 7 months I've been
Experiencing pencil thin light colored stools and lower right back pain..
Within the last month I've been to 3 different doctors and 2 ER Visits
I've had 2 ultrasounds and 2 CT scans and showed everything as normal
I've also experienced back pain and also was diagnosed with H Pylori with possible ulcer. Also floating stools, itchy skin and abdominal pain have happened
I've been checked for hepatitis and my liver enzymes were high at one for the ER visits

I'm  very scared and think I might have pancreatic cancer

Any advice would be great.

its highly unlikely you have pancreatic cancer. CT scan would have shown something. Plus, isnt the life expectancy only like 6 months for PC? You've been feeling this way for 7 months, so its for sure not that.
Its more likely a food allergy or some gastric issues (celiac, crohns, etc). Doing an abdominal and pelvis mri wouldnt be a bad idea, as well as a colonoscopy and endoscopy.

H Pylori thrives in low stomach acid and lowers stomach acid further. Low levels of stomach acid (stomach acid stimulates the pancreas to release enzymes to help with digestion just to add) can also cause malabsorption and floating stools. There are many possible symptoms from not enough stomach acid. My mother takes betaine HCL with pepsin supplements to increase stomach acid and digestive enzyme supplements to help with digestion. I'll send you a few article with more info.
