Pancreatitis Symptoms?

My appendix ruptured 2 yrs ago and I have had numerous problems since.  I have abdominal distention, squeezing pain that starts in abdomen and moves up my body to my neck, drilling feeling behind lower left ribs, extreme fatigue, pain in abdomen, pain in joints, swelling, etc..   I have "a bunch" of Esophogeal Ulcurs and an inflamed stomach, this issue was addressed.  I have been to several Dr.'s that don't seem to CARE about ME as a whole.  My most recent visit I have fatty stool, fatty liver, kidney stone and xray showed costipation, not much else was said.  Dr prescribed Nexium and some medication for IBS.  He said my blood sugar was off but that was ok because it was the end of the day (3:30pm).  My blood work came back good he said.  Oh, I also have 4 ovarian cysts that I had to go to the hospital and pay for the results, nothing has been done about those.  I am at my whits end, something is wrong and not one Dr. has been willing to try to get to the bottom of this.  I have gained 30+ pounds and I don't even eat, my stomach can't handle it.  I get over full just drinking water.  I have been researching for over a year the doc said "your google diagnosis of Pancreatitis was wrong" with a smile.  I am sc ared because I am not myself and the pain and symptoms I have cannot be normal!  What should I do????

I convinced my primary care doctor to look on the internet and see for her self what I am talking about. I check things out looking for answers and to rule things out rather than find some new things to complain about.
We meet next tuesday and she said she will keep an open mind.
I told the gastro doc he needs to retire when you reach a point where you shrug everything off as being incidental you need to leave.
Wish ya luck, not just luck a solution.

Sorry you are in the same boat cause this boat is slowly sinking!  LOL =)  I called and requested copies of my tests so I could "google" what is there since his consultation was so vague.  My blood sugar is high but he said no big deal.  I am not a diabetic and have never had problems with my sugar. Oh, he also said that squeezing (Boa Const) feeling that starts in my abdomen and slowly goes all the way up to my neck and is one of the most painful and scariest feelings I've ever had is a (drum roll please)...................CRAMP?????   Hahahahaha, dipshit!  All my symptoms point to Pancreatitis.  I am going to my regular GI Doc on Tues, excited to maybe get some answers.  I also "googled" the results of my Transvaginal Ultrasound, ha!  I seem to have a "Complex" cyst on my left ovary.  Those are the kind that have to be evaluated right away and removed, they are not good!  Wow, that was 5 mos ago and I'm a bit worried because I have all the symptoms of Ovarian Cancer.  Not one person alerted me to this, thank God for "google"!!  The symptoms of Pancreatitis and OC are pretty much the same and I believe I have Pancreatitis.  I made an appointment with an OB/GYN for next Wed..  Told the nurse the reason was I had a "Complex" Cyst, her response "Oh my".  I have lost my respect, admiration and security with these past couple years doctor hopping.  They just don't care anymore, it's a shame.  Good luck to you and I'll let you know what transpires. I know I'm not crazy =D Hugs

Sounds much like my situation I have all the test and everything looks good
was told I have visceral sensativity (in other words in is all in my head)
Just be careful not to go to too many different doctors someone needs to
keep track of how much radiation you are exposed to like in CT scans.
You could wind up making yourself sick trying to find the answer.
My problem is going on for six months.
