Please help me figure out if this is Zollinger Ellison?

I have been dealing with some crazy health issues for a long, long time.  I think we are getting some where with teh diagnosis now but I could really use help from anyone who knows what this might be.

my symptoms have been diarrhea, constipation, headaches, severe unexplained weight loss, low grade fever, mouth ulcers, headaches, dehydration, fatigue, weakness, stomach pain, inflammation, dizziness, nausea, vomitting, vertigo, and more.  Those are the main symptoms though.

I have been diagnosed with malabsorption do to high amounts of fat (stearrohea(sp?) in a stool test.
My fasting gastrin level is 234.  I would like to mention though that I was on a low dose of Nexium when this blood test was done.  I have erosive gastritis and both regular and bleeding stomach ulcers that were found during an endoscopy.  I have also been told I likely have "dump syndrome".  My b12 levels were low but were not out of range.  My gastro told me that for a 22 women my b12 level should be 600-800. My is in the low 200's.  I have had blood in my urine, a low serum IGA level. Also, my lymphocytes have been elevated in all of the blood work for the past 2 years and my neutrophils low.

My doctor has scheduled a secretin stimulation test for me.  If any has Zollinger- Ellison you help me decide I fit the disease? And if anyone has anyother ideas please share.  This is ruining my life and I am barely surviving right now. I just want to know what is wrong with me

hi again, first a lactose intolerance test is done over a three week period (one day a week), as for the nexium, make sure they prscribe 40mg.To speed up the healing process, try taking one tea-spoon of pure honey once every two days, it will rejuvenate the stomach tissue.if the honey is too strong for you then just add 10% of a tea-spoon of bicarbonate soda (baking soda) to the honey.also if you dont want to go through a lactose intolerance test, the easiest way would be to keep clear of all dairy products for atleast three weeks, lastly you were correctly tested for diabetes.

I have only been on Nexium for a month now.  I was tested for milk allergies but I don't think it was a "lactose intolerance" test.  Are those the same?  I have been tested for MS.  my spinal tap was negative for anything and my MRI had lesions that were atypical for a demyelating disease so they do not think they are related.  I have had my fasting blood glucose level checked and it has been ok but would there be a different test for diabetes?  Thank you for all of your input!

hi again, how long did you take the proton pump inhibitor (nexium) for? because you need at least 4 to six months with 40mg tablet in order to heal your stomach linning and ulcers. one other test you should look at is lactose intolerance test, also, i know i might be over doing it but you should be tested for diabetes and multiple sclerosis, lets hope your also negative for these. God bless.
