I concur that seeing a proctologist might be in order.
Do you drink water? I don't mean sodas or coffee, but water?
Dry stools can promote bleeding and the symptoms you are mentioning, but there's just not enough to go on.
Talk to the proctologist and see what he says.
I have the same problem as yours, except i don't experience that cramping pain just little pain because of hard stool. I'm thinking of hemorrhoids, I'll see my docotr tomorrow. BTW what medications are you taking right now? Let me know what your doctor suggest.
Thank you i will look it up. I have a apt with my Dr for Monday so i will talk with her then.I have had bleeding before but it went away in a few days but this cramping is really bothering me its pretty painful.
I agree with mammo - you should seek medical advice since rectal bleeding is never normal. In order that you are better informed when you meet your G.I. specialist, I suggest that you type rectal bleeding into google and click on to one of the many sites. The Medicinenet site is particularly informative.

You really need to see a gastroenterologist and get evaluated. Obviously something is not right, and the sooner you address it, the better.
