Hi!  Welcome to the Woman's Health myitalia.  Cea can rise due to a number of benign conditions.   Things like IVS, kidney issues, pancreatitis, even smoking can elevate it. https://www.reference.com/health/causes-elevated-cea-f25db32e70324439  So, a false positive is not out of the question or it is elevated for a benign condition. Your number is a little bit high though and I'm sure that concerns you.  What is your doctor recommending for you as your next step?
