Possible Bile Duct Obstruction?

Im starting to get concerned and I cant seem to find answers to this problem. Im hoping someone out there can give me a few pointers and possibly help ease my mind a bit.  Let me tell you my story as briefly as possible.

It started with a pain in my front right abdomen.  It was a burning nagging pain.  with a wife who just dealt with gall stones, I was pretty sure, thats what I was dealing with.  It last for about a week and then went away, but weirdly, I developed a minor burning sensation in my back, only present when laying down or random times.

I went to the doc, had ultrasounds, ct's, x-rays... they found an enalrged spleen.  no enlarged lymph nodes a fatty liver and a slightly low platelet count.

They see I just got over Strep so they say its probably a strep related virus or infection internally causing my spleen to react and enlarge.  during this time im finding im fatigued and I now have a yellow colored stool.

I go back to teh doc a few weeks later having no answer about this burning and he said because of where its at, there are no organs there, he is saying its a pinched nerve near my spine causing that.

So here I am nearly a month later, still with the burning sensation and I've accepted that its a pinched nerve, but I have upper and middle back ache, (out of 1-10 its probably a 4 as far as pain), ive now had yellow stool for nearly a month.

I've done some readign and foudn that a blocked biliary ducked could cause yellow stool, fatigue, enlarged spleen and enlarged liver, and im wodnering if the enlarged organs are causing the pinched nerve as well.  However my urine is normal colored, i dont itch, im not jaundice...

I just generally feel yucky, and my doc is still saying its probably just that virus runnign around in there.  But why would my stool be yellow?  I havent had brown stool in a month.

I just dont want to be damaging my liver in all this back and forth and waiting with my doctor.

What do you think?

Yeah I've seen that link but I've also read yellow stool can be caused by viral infections.   My doc said thei theory on my enlarged spleen could be that I have strep virus internally since I just got over it and didn't finish the last 5 days of antibiotics. But I was over strep 8  weeeks ago and I've been battling this fatigue pain and yellow stool for over 6. Weeeks.

Maybe my doc is clueless and I need to switch
