Professional advice?pain and burning senation in upper right abdomen?

hi i am 31 years old, need some serious advice on my issue

my history, since 16 i have had problems with diahrea,  bleeding hemarroids, stomach cramping, bowl movement 6 - 7 times a day, somtimes i would have to go 30min after eating food and staying off food would help, also have seen mucus in the diahrea a few times

. Most of these symptoms have eased down been a few years now, spicy food and certain soury fruits cause my diahrea to get worse, my Dr was not helpfull back then (probably explains why he had been forced to resign 5 years ago) he had me put on peppemint tablets and medication for diahhrea, which i would take when i would go out.It affected me soo much that i quit my uni studies as the project required us to go on a trip for a few days and i knew i couldnt cope.

i still have lose stool and diahrea, but go once or 2 times a day, also the blood still is on and off, believe its the hemorroids i have been drs a few times about it, im just given cream for it, i have had a histry of gastritis 3 years ago, had an endoscopy of the deodunum and stomach and was fine, i would feel bloated, especialy after a cigerette, which i have quit, i do recall somtimes i would have a feeling in my stomach when doing certain exercises like pressups, a feeling i have somthing in my stomach on the right like a tickle.

my lft tests have been raised slightly for over 6 years from the last record of the blood test, they had me done ultra sound every year and found the liver to be fine. only last year the ultrasound shown inflamed and fatty liver (probably due to my recent uptake of drinking in the last 2 years, i have quit 8 months ago after finding my lfts were not normal)

i am due to see a hepatologist soon,a gasteroentologist for a colon scopy soon, also a eye MD, will explain:

10 months ago, 2 weeks after a night out with mates, i began to feel weak dizzy and had eye inflamation, i thought it was my infected tooth, so i got it removed and was placed on 2 antibiotics for a course of 14days, it didnt fix my problem, i was then later suspected for sinusitis(believe eye conditons can mimic sincus problems)and again was placed on 2 more antibiotics for 2 weeks. on the 2nd week of the course of antibiotics, i started getting pains/burns in my somach on the right side. i remeber it went really bad once as i took it without eating food in the morning while i was laying down. i went tot he Dr he said its your liver as your enzymes are mildly up and  causing my sudden weakness and dizzyness with eye inflamation?

Ever since then i have had burning sensations there, i had been placed on gastritis drugs omeprazole a few months later which actually seem fo help 50%, but i cant sleep on the right side causes me to get burns, also when i lean down or eat certain foods like peanuts, almonds, orange juice, spicy foods it gives me burns there, milk somtimes gives me temporary relief, but i have to wait 15-20min. i am also experincing hypoglycemia symptoms, i had been tested for diabetes and that was fine.
..............................................................
does this sound like an ulcer? also if it is, why is it right under my right ribcage side? isnt that where the liver is?

i am currently on steroids for my unexplained eye inflamation, which are helping, also but eye MD doesn't know how i got it as there is no infection.

my chilhood symptoms, can they infact be chrons dasease or somthing? or could i have some kind of food intolerance? i dont get it whats affecting my liver fo soo many years, i was never a drinker and not over weight, i am neg for the autoimmune blood test and hep viruses

i am due for a colon scop as i was concerned of cancer causing my symptoms, cea, crp, esr, fbc,u &e
blood test came back normal, do these get affected if one has colon cancer?

sorry for the long read, i hope i can get some feedback to wjhats doing all this to me and what i can focus on

thanks thats a very good explanation of why sleeping on the right causes more burning, never thought of it in that way, umm, its like the water pipe works but inside us, its deffinatly burning and slight pain also gets bloating in the middle of the the stomach, my chest then feels hot too.

i eat fine have no problems just certain foods make the burning worse and some make it better lol,, i used to get nausia alot but thats seemed to disappear, not sure it must have been related to my eyes, as the inflamation is down with the steroids so are a few other symptoms, unless it was due to a possible ulce?, so i can get an ulcer in my small intestine which is next to the liver? if soo, many people who complain about burning and pain where the liver is may actually have an ulcer in the small intestine, ive always thought ulcers were only in the stomach?

i had seen a dr and asked him about this,  if its possible i could have a ulcer there (below the right rib) he said no, it must be the liver, but if it was comming from the liver, milk wouldnt take away the burning temporarily within 15min right?

somone on here mentioned h.pylori bacteria, i have drank alcohol an smoked before with a bad diet lol, but i heard the leading cause is this bacteria, its just as soon as i stop the gastritis drugs i start getting alot of acid reflux too.

There are other organs there as well, so until further testing is done there is no way to say what it is.  You have your gallbladder,  stomach and small intestine, so you are on the right track with seeing a GI doctor as this is his specialty.  Any infection would show up in your bloodwork. "Burning" is normally a symptom of an ulcer.  Sleeping on your right side causes any stomach acid, contents to pool on that side, and if it's an ulcer this may be aggravating it.  If you lay on your left side this puts everything in the curve of your stomach, which also allows any gas to come out.  If your liver is inflammed, you will feel tenderness when you gently press on the area under your ribs that hurt.  But inflammation of the liver doesn't necessarily mean it's serious.  Dehydration can also cause this.  With gallbladder problems you experience pain after eating that radiates to your back, and up into the chest. The burning is probably your hemmorhoids and you may want to keep some vaseline or cortizone cream on there for now, until you see your GI. The GI will get to the bottom of this for you.  Do take care and keep us posted on how you are doing.  Take care...

Its mrning here i did have the right side burns and pains with sweats as i slept on my right side, its soo odd, can an ulcer really do this?
