Question about Celiac Disease?

So, if I take a month of avoiding wheat and come back to eating wheat after that month, will I experience some harsh symptoms and be able to tell that I have Celiac?

Not exactly. There is having Celiac Disease, and having a gluten intolerance. So you can avoid gluten for a month, then eat again, have a bad reaction and that will only tell you that you have a gluten intolerance.
A blood test can tell you if you have CD, I'd just see your dr and have them run the test.
