Really very depressed, anxious about blood in stool

Ok, firstly my problem started 4-5 yr ago when i began to have headache on the half side. i didn't paid attention but one day i typed and found brain tumor i shivered and thought of that my anxiety increased done CT and several blood test nothing showed up. google daily read patient comment and my anxiety increased day by day but i began to feel dizzy and ear begin to ring. went to Ent, eye doctor and many more to support but none can convince me.
finally MRI done but still not convinced because on net i have read many stories how mri left tumor without dye.
but than bigger problem started once my stomach became upset and in dark i thought it black googled again and found cancer i forgot previous problems and they all gone but new started as now i have blood in stool and mucus.
which makes me worried all the time i google and read patient story about colon/rectal/stomach cancer.
stool comes normal first and than becomes watery or diarrhea.
now sometimes stool comes ribbon type not so much thin but sometime it happens.
i have done stool test normal except a little elevated puss cell 4-6hpf
no occult blood.
i am really terrified right now i am hypochondriac but that may not cause physical symptoms. i know more deceases right now more than a doctor does. pls help me somebody i am so depressed i cry in alone. i am just 23.
