Rectal/Anal pressure

I am a 32 year old female. History of endometriosis. Hysterectomy at age 23 with just one ovary remaining. For the past month I have been experiencing a pressure in my rectum. It is not a terrible pressure, it feels as if though I need to have a bowel movement. I do have bowel movements quite regularly, lately they have been a little more narrow than usual. I am concerned because this pressure has been constant for a month. Could this be related to my history of endometriosis? Should I see my gynecologist or should I consult another type of doctor? If I am not seeing blood in my stool, should I even be concerned about this pressure? Thanks for your input.

I have endo in my rectum ans feel the same way. Just had laparoscopic surgery a week ago. Maybe try to see a doctor specialist in endo then have a sonography to see what inside before going into surgery.

I suggest that you seek medical advice for what is, in your case, effectively a change in bowel habits.  I suggest asking to see a G.I. specialist.
