Rectal Pain

Had my rectum removed in 2000. Have a complete hysterectomy as well. Had a colectomy in 1998. 18 months ago began having pain in my anal region. Then a sensation of something inside me. I cannot sit , have burning , and pain. i read about people with similar problems, but I have an ostomy , so I do not have normal bowel movements p, and I do not have reproductive organs like most  posted on the page. It has ruined my life. I cannot tolerate pants or underwear. I never go any where except to the dr , but I am wasting my time because I have been to everyone  from neurologists to pain doctors and no one can tell me anything. There has to be someone out there who can help me.
