Results of Colonoscopy

I want to know why I didn't receive any treatment after my colonoscopy. The summary conclusions from the procedure is as follows: Colitis found in the sigmoid and descending colon. The colon was mildly edematous, and granularity noted, no ulceration present, random bx obtained.

And I am curious as to why it hurts really bad on my right side and not my left?

Should I be worried?

You need to sit down with your GI and ask him to explain everything to you, until YOU are satisfied that your questions have beem answered.  If you haven't seen your OB-GYN for this pain, it's another place to look for answers.  Take care....

I have seen the OB-GYN before I saw the GI, thanks though
