Right abdominal pain, a week and a half after stomach flu

I had the stomach flu or food posioning a week and a half ago. Two days of vomiting and violent liquid bowel movements. Slight dehydration, no fever, two days spent close to the toilet. I still feel weak, and have medium shooting pains in my lower right side... Between my ribs and hip, right side above my hip bone and below my ribs. The pain is almost exactly on the side of my body where your right elbow would hang if your arm was at your side. side. The pain comes and goes but is tolerable-ish. Having several loose bowel movements a day, normaly it's just once a day. Sometimes the pain causes headaches. What do you think is wrong with me ??

Does it feel like a muscle? You could have possibly pulled a muscle while vomiting. I got very sick last year and threw up all night and dry heaved the next afternoon. I remember having some pretty bad pains afterward that felt like pulled muscles.

If I put pressure on my side it feels better until the pressure is released. My hip and knees are achy. No fever, hard to sleep.
