Ruq pain with constipation

Hi I have had constipation problems the past 2 years since my hysterectomy.  The last 3 months I've had severe ruq pain especially  after I eat I've lost  30lbs and can only take in clear liquids.  I also have nausea I've been diagnosed with IBS - C but none of the  medications work or laxatives  work I can get some relief with 2 to 3 bottles  of  mag citrate and enemas but I have liquid green  watery stool.  Any suggestions?

please see a urogynecologist...you most likely have pelvic organ prolapse! I developed this after my hysterectomy and also look into pelvic floor dysfunction...I understand your misery as I have been living since 2005...went from laxatives, to mag citrate to enemas to colon hydrotherapy...dr's saying I was addicted to the above methods...after a 6.5 hour surgery correcting my anatomy I went from the above methods to going 4-8 times a day...unfortunately my pelvis is destroyed by endometriosis...so I have since developed another pop had it repaired and am in the process of trying to figure out why I can't go but yet again...but I know the misery and I also know it can be corrected because I was albeit it only lasted 11 months it was so worth it and things are still better then before the surgery even though things continue to be problematic knowing it's not in my head proven with that surgery I will keep seeking that "fix" until I am able to go...if you want to talk more in pm feel free to contact me!
