Seemingly unrelated issues after eating: nerve pain, abdominal/shoulder/chest pain

I am 25 yo female and I am experiencing what I think is nerve pain after eating. At first, my gastro thought I was having gallbladder issues because I have a lot of pain in my right side and shoulder. HIDA, ultrasound, and endoscopy all came back normal. The endoscopy did say I had a lot of gas in my stomach and white patches in my duodenum but my gastro says this can't be causing my pain. It all started with squeezing chest pain after I had a panic attack and tingling in my arms. After that, anytime I eat, i have a ton of weird symptoms including pain in all areas of my abdomin, bloating/gas, deep squeezing pain in chest and right shoulder, migraines and headaches, frequent heart palpatations/strange heart rhythms that wake me up, and back pain (usually mid and upper but occasionally I have felt in my lower back also). I am also having what I think is nerve related symptoms such as tingling in arms/hands, shooting pain in arms and legs, sensations of cold in my bones, sensations of small electrocutions across my back, and overly sensitive skin that is painful to touch. The symptoms all vary, I dont experience every one of these symptoms everytime I eat but a ever changing combination, sometimes worse than others. It does seem to hurt worse with larger meals but when I am having a "flare up", it hurts no matter what I eat. My gastro diagnosed me with visceral hypersensitivity (overactive nerves in the gut) but I dont see how that that can be causing the huge amount of symptoms I'm having. She has basically told me to see a therapist because there is nothing "wrong". I am under a lot of stress and I dont doubt it could be a contributing factor but all of these nerve problems have me worried,  which isn't helping. My gastro did presrlcribe me nortriptyline but it gave me a weird heart beat, tingling tingling in my extremeties, and kept me tossing and kept turning all night. I got off of it after a month and a half so I couldn't really tell if it helped. Maybe it made my abdominal pain less but I definitely still had pain everywhere else. My gastro offered me another low dose antidepressant but I'm skeptical. I'm getting getting ready to go see a neurologist because I have no idea where to turn and I have no idea what's going on. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this? None of my online searches have turned up anything with all my symptoms and I'm worried all the passes from specialist to specialist with no answers.
