Urgent!

Dear Doctors, Associate Staff, and Medical Facilities:
Please allow me to introduce myself :  My name is Anna ***.  I am a 51 year old woman, and currently, an invalid, fearing an imminent death!
Only 1 year ago,  January 2011,  I embarked on 4 cruises, travelling throughout Europe, the Carribean, and Russia as a happy, healthy, fit, slim build woman!
Within 3 ½ months, I have deteriorated to the point that I am now an invalid, and convinced that I am slowly dieing!  Within these 3 months, I have lost an astounding 45 pounds, and am now a weak skeleton!  I can no longer walk, and require assistance with grooming, dressing, and every facet of life!
One month ago, I endured a long flight from Russia to Canada – I had been hospitalized in Russia, with no definitive diagnoses, and, as a Canadian citizen, hoped that perhaps the Canadian medical system could provide a diagnoses, and hopeful treatment!   Upon my arrival to Calgary,   I was hospitalized for 19 days!  During that period, I underwent extensive tests, examinations, and procedures, including ultrasounds, x-rays, MRI, CAT scan, blood analysis, urine analysis, colonoscopy, endoscopy, to name a few! (all medical results attached).   Unfortunately, there have been no definitive results, nor treatments!  Consequently, I am at home, rapidly deteriorating, weakening, and losing hope, as I slowly die!
The onset symptoms included, and remain are the inability to eat, without enduring severe burning pains, originating behind the breast bone, radiating into my back, and into  my intestines.  These symptoms persist!  It is with great difficulty as I continue to attempt a bland fluid diet.  All fluids, including water, exasperate this severe reaction of burning pain!  As a result, my fluid intake is very limited!  It is very difficult to endure this increasingly debilitating pain!
I DO NOT WANT TO DIE !  I implore all medical doctors, and facilities, whether private or public .... is there a doctor/ medical facility willing to thoroughly examine me, assess the attached current results, and perform further intensive testing, and procedures, with the goal of providing a definitive diagnoses, and treatment(s) as soon as possible!
I desperately appreciate any and all help, including suggestions, and referrals!  MY LIFE DEPENDS ON ANY ASSISTANCE!
Thank you for all considerations!

Have they checked you for parasites ? I have seen and read about different types of parasites that live in different parts of your body and they can be extremely debilitating. Since you were traveling prior to your health deteriorating so quickly parasites are often found in people who have recently traveled to other countries.

Tube feeding should always be tried before TPN as TPN has a lot more serious risks.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  If you wanted to get the opinion of a doctor you should post in the expert community: http://www.medhelp.org/forums/Gastroenterology---Digestive-Disorders/show/107

Have your doctors brought up a feeding tube?  If they haven't, it might be a good thing to talk to them about.  You said you attached the medical results, but I don't see anything stating what the results of all these tests were.
