Severe stomach pain

Hi, I need help with a possible diagnosis.

For the past 2-3 years I have had extreme lower stomach pains, cramps, diarrhea.

I have also had moderate-sever lower back pain.

I went to the Doctor to get help with the back pain and he reffered me to an Orthopedic Specialist..I went there and they done an MRI of my lower back.

They found acute bilateral facet osteoarthritis on my L-5, S-1 Bones, they also found a 12mm mass that was Defenitely not a cyst. on the anterior cortex of my kidney. I was given some Naprosyn for the Inflammation in my back.. They referred me to the Hospital to take an ultrasound of my kidney because they though it could be a neoplastic process "cancer". It revealed that it was a cyst, they said it was so small that it wouldnt do nothing. So It's been about a year. I'm in the bathroom all the time and it is really painful in my stomach. I usually wake up and about 5 minutes later I have a stomach ache. Most last hours, some last days. I started a desk job and it is really affecting me working. My back pain is really intense and I dont think it is the Osteo-Athritis. I wont have Medical Insurance for another 3 months and I really need help getting this sorted out.

Sounds like IBS or gastritis or a combo. Maybe it's related to what they found out though. Take dgl-licorice root extract-in chewable form. It secretes mucus on your stomach lining that will help your stomach to feel better.  Also take a high count of acidophilus to replace the good bacteria in your intestines-2x a day for at least a month. These are both natural and won't hurt you.
Drink filtered water all day. Eat very small amounts throughout the day. Nothing with acid...strawberries, lemon, citric acid products, etc are out. As are foods that make you go: fruits-plums, blueberries, etc. Don't eat any bread, glutin or wheat products, try rice instead. No milk products for awhile. Maybe you can try a chewable calcium chew if you have to get the calcium? Walk daily for at least 30 minutes and get up from your desk and stretch often. Eliminate stress or learn to cope with it through exercise. If you know your blood type, you also might want to check out this site:
I'm not a doctor, but this is what worked for me and continues to work. Antibiotics put toxins in your body, and cause you to feel worse after a long period of taking them. Sometimes it's better to do things naturally. Let me know if this works for you. Hope you feel better! Hang in there!

Yeah I've tried eating small portions. I mean even if I dont eat. I still get them. I can even get a stomach ache from a simple glass of water in the morning.

Hi EK - I think you really need to see a gastroenterologist about your problems.  Since you're in the bathroom all the time, that points to a gastro problem, so you'll have to see a specialist.

Having no insurance for 3 more months is a real problem - I've been stuck in the same boat myself.  Have you tried changing your diet to see what happens?  Some people feel better if they get away from the rigid 3-meal-a-day schedule, and eat small amounts every 3 hours.  You might also do some basic research on Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).  Some of the coping strategies people use for IBS might apply to whatever is going on with you right now until you can see a doctor.

I have also found blood in the stool 2-3 times and sometimes after getting out of the bathroom it feels very uncomfortable sitting. Sometimes It will go away for 2 Weeks+ but mostly is constant.
