Sharp pains upper right quad, no gallbladder?

S_9
Over the past few weeks Ive been getting sharp pains on my left side, sometimes stabbing across the front just below my breast. Along with it there can be a duller ache down my right side.
It is not at any certain time, can be after eating or when Im hungry.
I get some nausea. I am euthyroid with graves disease and had my gallbladder removed one year ago. All blood tests Ive had are clear, CBC, thyroid, liver function, complement and inflammation markers etc. Coeliac panel too.
My GP has had me on nexium for 3 weeks as I do get some gerd but it hasn't helped any. Im still fatigued and have some stomach aches and brain fog etc.
Any suggestions as to what this could be or what tests could help?

Stomach discomfort, fatigue and brain fog does sound a bit like some problems that crop up with celiac disease/gluten-sensitivity. Which celiac panel was used? Did it look for the presence of an IgG reaction to gluten? Were your genes checked, too. In many cases, problems with gluten may not show up with testing for many years before damage actually occurs. Have you considered trying a GF diet to see if you note any changes? If it's tied-in, you see changes within about 4 weeks. Many people that don't have true celiac disease find they do have non-celiac-gluten-sensitivity (NCGS) which produces many symptoms that resemble celiac disease and it can be almost as bad as having it's more well-known cousin.

Thank you for replying. I'm not sure what panel was used etc, I'm in Australia also if that makes any difference. But the coeliac results written on my records are:
14/10/11 - Transglutaminase IgA/G  8 U/mL (0-25)
24/1/13 - Deamidated gliadin IgG (EIA)  4 units (NEGATIVE) (RR less than 20)
- h-Transglutaminase (TTG) IgA recomb Ab (EIA)  less than 1 (NEGATIVE) (less than 4)

I have switched over to some gluten free things, I will definitely look into it further.
Do you think the site of this sharp pain in my side is my stomach then? It feels like gb pain, which is strange.
