Soft bowel movement with blood dripping

Hi, I am in my 28 and recently having bowel movement changes and followed by blood dripping during bowel movement.
I used to have constipation, until 3 months ago, I changed my job and it is a high stress environment. I started to go to toilet every morning, and my stool was not too solid, between type 5~6 in Bristol Stool Chart, and not easily flushed as some small pieces floating on the surface.
( I also practice vegetarian in these three months, not sure if this contribute to the change)
Then recently, i found that blood drips every time during my bowel movement, and 3 days already.
Could it be hemorrhoids? but I do not sit for long hours, nor having hard stool....yet not having any child yet.
I am afraid that this can be a serious disease. Though i plan to go for a physician, but second opinion will definitely helps me to understand more on this issue.
Thanks for sharing or advice in advance.

As Smoonie mentioned, hemiriods are likely. They can be internal as well so you may not feel them as you wipe or bath. And as mentioned, color is a hint with darker meaning that the blood is being introduced further up within you colon/GI system. But if you see discrete blood drops beginning to disperse in the toilet bowl water, then this means hemiriods.

Do not underestimate the blood loss due to this.  Not to alarm you, but if this is chronic, and you become fatigued and pale, get your anemia checked. I let this go too long myself, sneaky stuff.

It could be hemorrhoids, an ulcer, or worse. Typically if the blood is bright red it would indicate one of these issues and you should see your Dr ASAP. Dark red, maroon, or black blood is cause for you to head to the ER. Whatever the color, see someone soon!
