Stomach Pain

I have severe abdominal pain. My stomach is bloated. I want to throw up due to having a feeling of full stomach and tasting acid coming back up. Very sore when I walk/move. Very tender when I push on stomach especially around belly button area.

It might be a hernia. You should go to a walk in clinic and be seen.

You should be seen by a doctor. There is no way to know what is going on without you being examined by a doctor (especially because your stomach is tender).
