Hey Sam, thanks for responding, i still havent gone to the doctor, the pain has sorta of gone away. Its still there tho. I also noticed that my stool is black at times, but i have been taking mulitvactims which when i searched can cause black stool from the iron. I stopped taking them and noticed its going back to normal so far, still a little black. But i def. need to go to the doc. i could have an ucler problem like in your situation.
I will probably ask about those little gray things that i spit out. It kind of makes sense when you were saying about eating fried food and stuff it does happen.
I just had some stomach problems but I'm not sure if it's the same as your. My stomach problem started in early April. The sharp stinging pain seemed to move around, sometime on the upper stomach, sometime on the left side and sometime on the right side of the love handles. The pain lasted about half an hour each time and then go away. As the pain started to occur more often and more intense, I went to see my doctor in early May and he had me done some blood test. After the blood test, I was told that I have peptic ulcer with H. Pylori bacteria. So he prescibed PrevAcid and two other Anti-biotic drugs. After taking all 3 drugs for 14 days, the pains are mostly gone. There are still some minor discomfort in the stomach and I'm still taking some medicine to reduce the stomach acid. My doctor said that this may take 1-2 months to completely heal.
I also have something similar stuff stuck in my throat. When I cough it out, It looked like a small, soft, white/grey color and it smell very bad. I also noticed that if I stop eating deep fry food, potatop chip, etc, then it seemed to go away. But as soon as I start eating those deep fry food, then it come back.
Hope this help.

Thanks liz for responding.
well today the stool was not black, it was normal color. Not sure what to do. Stomach pains are still there though. Sharp pains also.
Black stools usually mean bleeding in the upper gi tract - the small intestine, or the stomach. If the blood is bright red, it is a sign of bleeding from the large intestine. Trust me - I have had Crohn's disease for some 37 years and never had bleeding until about 20 years ago.My Crohn's is from the mouth to the anus and I have learned over a long period of time, to identify where the bleeding is coming from by the colour. Inflammation of the intestines (ulcers and crypt abcesses) can just burst for no apparent reason - BUT, any kind of blood or darkened stools needs addressing and further investigation. It surely is a sign that something is wrong and needs a definitive diagnosis. Please see a gastro as soon as you can, and one who knows something about inflammatory bowel disease aka IBD. A lot of people are fobbed off by ignorant doctors who "diagnose" any intestinal problems as IBS - that is a lazy way out. IBS does not present with blood in the stool. Hope all goes well and you get the problem properly diagnosed and can go on to appropriate treatment.
Liz.
