Stomach issues, need help.

Hello, I have a problem and looking for guidance. A few months ago I started feeling my stomach on the left side have spasms, feels like the top.of the stomach is contracting. Felt that all day every day, not painful but it feels weird. Almost like my heart was skipping a beat when it happens also loose my breath for a second. I also started having diarrhea here and there, going to the bathroom 5-6 tines a day with mucus on all movements. Went to the Dr, he ordered a full CT scan, blood tests, stool and urine test as well as reference me to a GI. GI ordered endoscopy. All blood, CT, stool and urine came back fine other than some acid and low/mild gastritis. In the meantime with all those tests I started eating better and the Dr at the beginning put me on omeprazole 40mg once a day. Well, it got better 3 months later. Now this week, still eating well and taking meds it came back, same feeling and mucous. Does anyone have any experience with this? Same symptoms? It's driving me crazy because the DRs say there's nothing wrong but I feel something is wrong with my body.
