Stomach spasms

Need help with my 4 year old he is having stomach spasms since he fell off a swing.  We have had numerous testing done eeg, X-ray, ultrasound ....ruled out nerve damage from fall/ seizures/   He acts like a normal boy and doesn’t seem to be in pain but his stomach literally has spasms everyday.  I need answers I took him to numerous dr and no one can give me answers. Today I went to see a dr and he told me it could be affiliated with ADHD???? Makes no sense

Hi.  Sorry about your little guy.  Is this still going on?  Now, what are the actual symptoms?  What do you mean by 'spasms every day".  He has a tummy ache?  He has diarrhea?  My son has sensory integration disorder which is a close cousin to adhd and he has always had a messed up GI tract.  It is common with neurological issues (adhd and sensory are neurological).  But that wouldn't be the only thing you'd see if that is the case. Add, ADHD, and sensory have a lot of other things going on with them that you'd notice.  Hyper, not focusing, trouble with making friends with peers, impulse control, etc. So, don't worry about that unless there is a reason to investigate it.  Just having a difficult GI tract can be completely unrelated to anything and its own problem. But explain more about the spasms and we'll go from there.
