Thin stools after diverticulitis flare

Having thinner stools than usual and some discomfort on lower left side after diverticulitis flare up. 35 y’o male was hospitalised and released. Tomorrow should be my last day on antibiotics (7 days). Stool is gradually getting better but still thin. Is this an obstruction? Room for alarm? Should I return to my GP?
