Tightness/Gas below Right rib between hip and ribcage

I am a 37 year old male.   I have been experiencing tightness below (not under) my right rib cage accompanied by very bad and frequent gas.   Sometimes it feels like a grabbing sensation , not painful just uncomfortable.  Also get a tightness in my back that seems to be associated.    I suffer from tinnitus and it seems to get worse when I get this sensation.  Also, when I wake up in the morning my mouth is extremely dry and I seem to be thirsty quite often.  Lastly my hands often feel stiff and swollen especially in the morning and I sometimes feel light headed and sensitive to light.

Any ideas what this could be?
