Ulcer Getting Worse on PPIs After 5 Months?

Hi all,

I was diagnosed with an ulcer 5 months ago (no endoscopy) and started on PPIs (Omeprazole 20mg). At the beginning, the PPIs helped, but now I feel nausea all the time, now have a burning in my stomach and pain in different areas of the stomach. I feel as though I can't eat anymore.

I had been tested for h.pylori and was negative. I'm starting to feel sceptical about this. I'm 24, have never drank alcohol excessively, had too much NSAIDS, or eaten overly acidic foods.  Should I get tested for h.pylori again? Or is it just hopeless?
