Reoccurring CDIFF

My 5yo grandson had a kidney transplant Oct 2019, he has had reoccurring CDIFF multiple times for almost a year. He has been in the hospital approx. 8 times since January. Every time he goes off vancomycin it comes back. He is in hospital now just had his 2nd scope and that was the diagnosis again. He is not growing like he should because of this. Every time he gets better and puts on a little weight he gets sick again and looses it all and more. He has lost 10% of body weight this stay. His main source of nutrition is pediasure. He never has really taken to eating real food. Can anyone give me any ideas on what to do or where to take him to get rid of this for good.
