Ulcers found during a colonoscopy

Hi, I had a colonoscopy a few weeks ago . I have had part of my colon removed and have short bowel syderum . He found 6 ulcers which he removed and he sent to a lab. The biopsies came out normal he said. I was wondering what could cause these ulcers ? I have Diarrhea  too. Could you take a look at the pictures that I've attached to this message please. He is putting me on Questran for my diarrhea.

Thank You, Brandon Grigsby

Have they checked for Zollinger Ellison syndrome?

Brandon, there has got to be some reason you're getting ulcers. Please get a copy of both the docs notes during the colonoscopy and the pathology report and read them. There may be an indication in those reports about what is going on. Ulcers aren't 'normal.'
