Unexplainable Upper Right Abdominal Pains

I have these severely painful attacks in my upper right abdomen right around the gallbladder. I don't have my appendix. They land me in the ER at least twice a month and everytime they do an ultrasound and CT Scan. Everything comes back normal and yet I am in the most excruciating and debilitating pain. Dr's have done special test on my gallbladder and they came back negative. I finally have a great PCP doctor and she's trying to help me get things figured out. What accompanies this pain is: severe nausea, shakiness, random high fevers (highest was 103.6), sometimes shoulder pain, sometimes low blood pressure and sometime I'm tachycardic. I'm just looking for opinions or similar experiences.
I've been doing some reading on the gallbladder and feel that what I keep going through is exactly what I keep reading. I'm planning on bringing it to my Dr's attention. Thanks everyone!
