Unexplained vomiting without nausea?

I have been vomiting for the last 6 days. I don't have any other symptoms. I can usually keep liquids down in small amounts. Occasionally, I can keep small amounts of soup down but that's about it. I am not pregnant. I do have a lap band that I have had for almost 5 years. I don't believe it's causing the vomiting. I'm not getting stuck and throwing up. I am throwing up from my actual stomach, not my pouch. There has been no fever, headache, chills, or heartburn. I have had my gallbladder removed. I have no abdominal pain except for when I first have food or liquid hit my stomach. The pain isn't bad though. Any help would be appreciated. I'm so hungry and just want to be able to eat something.

It looks like your band may have slipped, causing some tightness.
You should get some X-rays to confirm this, but first get in touch with your band surgeon.
It's more common than what you may think.
Keep taking liquids in small amounts, several times daily.
I would suggest to include some pure coconut water-not the cheaper kind with added sugars- as it is naturally balanced for electrolyte replenishment, until you get assessed.
Also for protein intake and minerals, use pastured bone broth ( slow-boiled bones for about 24-48 hours from grass-fed animals)
Cheers,
Niko
