Upper left abdomen pain

Hi

I am 27 yrs old, basically very scared by nature. So i am very scared and confused now. Please help me.
I was having severe back pain 7 months ago. The doctor took a MRI scan and told that my lower back disc is week and asked me to go for physiotherapy. Then i felt better. After 2 months i had severe pain around my testicles and had some irritation during urination. my urine test said that i have UTI.I had this pain for few months, then suddenly my blood pressure increased and it was hitting around140-160/80-100 for about 2 months. For UTI, the doc gave me antibiotic to take 4 times a day. The tablet created uncomfortable pain in my stomach. Then after few days of taking tablets, i had pain in the center of the chest and below the left ribs. i am not sure is this because of the tablet or increase in BP.
I did a complete health check up including ECG and chest X-Ray. Everything was normal. Regarding pressure, it was fluctuation some time it is 130/80 and some times 150/90. Regarding my pain in the centre of the chest, the doctor gave me gasteric tablets but nothing helped me. I started feeling the pain around the chest,in shoulder blades and rarely in the arms. Then i did endoscopy and doctor told me that i have h.pyroli bacteria infection. Then i took antibiotics. I felt better. Mostly the pain is in the left upper abdomen. nowadays i can feel the pain around the chest. I did urea breathe test to check for bacteria and there is no bacteria now but still i feel the pain in left upper abdomen which also radiates around my chest. The doctor said that the gastric is still there which is giving this pain. But the pain is continuous. I dont feel the pain only when i lie down flat. I also dont have any prblm while sleeping. I dont have any urinary issue but i do have pains in the right and left lower abdomen may b near the kidney. I have also checked my kidney and everything is normal.whenever i control my urine passing and put one leg over the other while sitting, i can feel little discomfort around the kidney area.

So I would like to know, what is my exact problem. There is no history of BP,sugar or heart disease in my family. I am more worried about my chest pain and the pressure.I am worried if this can be any heart related problem. Do i need to do any other test for heart to check if it is related to the chest or something.
And i still have blood pressure fluctuation. What could be the reason for that. The doctors says nothing but i have this trouble everyday.

Thanks and Regards
Arun

If your doctor gave you the tablet to take when you have pain, and you are having pain, I would recommend taking it.  Your heartrate is a tiny tiny bit high, but it is not abnormal and this could be due to anxiety or nothing at all.

You literally answered what I have and I’ve been trying to figure out what’s wrong with me for 4 months now but no it’s most likely not heart related although gas problems do cause pains in the chest

Then I would recommend talking to your doctor about trying a different medication.  It is very unlikely that this is at all related to your heart but I would recommend that you bring this up with your doctor.

HI, the tablets didnt do any change to my pain. My only worry is, whether it is a gastric pain only or is it related to my heart.Mostly in a day, i feel some kind of uncomfortably in the left chest. As i said before, when i massage my neck, shoulder or upper back. i can feel better. I would like to know why my pressure is fluctuating suddenly and what can help to confirm what problem i have.

The doctor just gave me omeprozole tablet. He asked me to take if i feel the pain. Now i don't feel the pain in the abdomen but when i feel like some sort of pain radiating to my left chest and rarely to my right chest, but i feel better  by massaging by neck, upper back and some times the tummy.whenever i press my abdomen, i can feel the pain there. I would like to know, if i need to take any heart related tests apart from ECG. Also my heartbeat seems to be higher (around 70-95) at rest. is this normal? please advise.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  By "gastric" still being there do you mean "gastritis"?  What medications are you on for the gastritis?  The high blood pressure could be caused by stress and anxiety.
