Upper right quadrant pain

Not a question but a comment....I have read many of the posts here and had been dealing with the same thing on and off for over 1 year.  I have done labs, had xrays, ultrasounds...spending so much money and my drs had no answers.  My main complaint was a dull ache under my right rib that was worsened when sitting.  Anyways, I realized that the pain came and went when I traveled.  I then realized that when I traveled I forgot to bring my multivitamin.  Since I have completely discontinued the vitamin I have had ZERO pain.  I cannot explain this but it is gone.  Anyone else here on a daily multivitamin???
