Weird stomach pain after eating

I have a strange stomach pain after I eat. Its been getting worse, and I recently began vomiting. The pain is on both sides of my lower abdominal and my stomach, and radiates to my back, causing spasms. It comes in goes in waves for about a hour. Nothing seems to relieve it. Moving makes it worse, as does laying on my side. Whats wrong with me? (I've had my gallbladder removed so I know its not gallstones)

If its only after you eat, could it be acid reflux or possibly gastritis? Does it happen every time you eat? If not, I'd start a food diary to help pinpoint what foods are causing the pain, then try to avoid those foods and see if it helps.

Also, the pain is moving around, never staying in one spot. i cant give the doctor a definite place that its hurting at because its almost different everytime.
