Your stomach and abdomen may be swollen BECAUSE you are constipated.  Mine almost always is.  changes in diet usually lead to constipation for me or changes in routine.  What kind of mold were you exposed to?  We all know it can cause respiratory issues but for some it may impact your gut.  Tell us more and I'll try to help.
