What can this weird upper abdominal pian that radiates to my back possible be?

I started with A upper abdominal pain  for more that a year now  .
 I did ct scan, mri scan last year and all can back nomal. 
This year i did a upper and lower abdominal ultrasound and also no thing showed up. But this upper abdominal pain still persist .
Now But lately a get a weird pain at the left side of my abdomen that radiates to my back and or spine and it also radiates to the middle of my back ,.it mostly comes on  in the night and it wakes me up in the middle of the night .,and i can not sleep anymore because of this. What can this be now?
Please can anyone advise what can this be related to. Thanks.

hi thank you for your reply .
but I don't have a gallbladder . lost my gallbladder in 98 .and this was not the pain that I experienced then .this way much worst
what is a HIDA test?

Gallbladder problems. could be sludge instead of a stone since it didnt show up on scan. Ask for a HIDA test
