What do slightly elevated amylase/lipase and low alkaline phosphatase indicate?

I have slightly elevated amylase and lipase levels, and persistently low alkaline phosphatase (this has been low for a couple of years now).  I have had abdominal pain for quite some time, but nothing has yet been identified.  I had a CT scan about a year ago that did not reveal any issues, and now the doctor says I need another because of the amylase and lipase.  Any thoughts on this?
