What does it mean when abdominal pain is constant?

So I've had abdominal pain now for a month, on my lower left back and goes all the way round to my lower front abdomen. I did the e-consult for my doctor's (only way to get appointments), they emailed back stating they'd set me up with a gynecologist which still isn't till April where they're going to do a colposcopy.
My condition worsened and the pain got too much so went to A&E as it was a weekend they ran test which ruled out kidney problems. I had a clear CT and have abdomen and cervical ultrasound's next week.
But the pain is getting worse, I'm losing sleep, can hardly stand for long periods of time, even going up and down my stairs is such effort now and I'm usually very fit and active person, that is starting to get me down mentally too. I have a mirena coil fitted two years ago no trouble with it but did get an ultrasound awhile back due to doctor not finding the strings, that ultrasound revealed a small cyst but was told it was nothing to be concerned about, could this be causing all of my pain now?
