Nexium treats GERD/acid reflux which could cause epiabdominal pain.  The prescription bottle should tell you how to take it.  No one on this forum is a doctor.  I am just a patient that has been though lots of GI problems so I know a lot about GI problems.

No,he says he will try to find out for me. Also,he told his nurse to tell
me to take Nexium every day,I have called to see if someone can explain
me how to take it and no one in that office has called me back. Do you know
how epigastric pain can be treated and how to take the medicine Nexium
40mg ? It comes in a small purple pill box. Also, are you a doctor or nurse?
Thank you for your time.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  By epiabdominal pain, your doctor means epigastric pain which means pain in the middle part of your abdomen.  Did your doctor say what he thinks is causing this pain?
