What kind of bowel disease or problem is this?

Basically whenever there is a bowel movement it takes forever for clean up. Everytime you wipe, more comes out no matter how much you wipe and clean and are sure you are all done. The wiping never ends almost like when you cut your finger and more blood keep coming out and each time you push down to wipe away the  blood with a cloth or something that doesn't stop the bleeding no matter what, but this isn't blood its poop. It's really time consuming and now it's really worrisome since it's been going on for a long time now. Any ideas.

Sounds like your stool is really loose. Perhaps you should eat more fiber which will add bulk and should make your stool more formed. Try eating a big bowl of Kellogs Bran Buds. That stuff is pretty good for making you regular.
