What's Going On With Me? (I'm food sensitive to everything!)

General Background:

    Intelligent 26 year old female
History of 4 surgeries between the ages of 18 and 20: Appendectomy (10/03), Spinal fusion from T-6 to T-12 (12/03), Removal of rods from spine (01/06), Gall bladder removal (no gall stones present) (05/07)
Only 2 confirmed IgE allergies for the first 18 years of life: Peanuts and Beef
Anorexia between the two back surgeries for about a year but full recovery swiftly after
Birth control use between 2004 and 2008
Acne medication on and off from 2005 to 2011 for cystic acne
ADHD (concerta from 2003-20011and vyvanse 30mg at present)

Situation and Symptoms:

In college (2003-2008) I realized I had issues with digesting wheat and that I was sensitive to it.  After college, I realized I could no longer tolerate it.  In 2011, I realized I was extremely sensitive to all corn and corn derivatives and learned to avoid them (very challenging).  In March 2012, an IgG panel of food and environmental sensitives came back positive with 30+ foods and almost all grass, mold, trees, dust, etc.  It also shows a yeast infection in the back of my throat.  I felt better for a couple weeks after taking an anti-fungal but then felt even worse than before.

For the past 3 weeks I have not been able to tolerate any foods other than: Vitamineral Green vegetable shake (by HealthForce), chia seeds, pure coconut products, and water

If I try to eat anything else I experience an array of GI and immune reactions 1-3 hours following that include the following: bloating, stomach cramping, heartburn, intestinal pain, constipation/diarrhea (usually constipation),  joint pain, swollen face and body, brain fog, colon pain, and general inflammation.

For the past 5 months, daily living has been even more difficult.  I have not had my period for 4 months (I am not pregnant). I have been in various states of brain fog and physical weakness.  I have had increasing rectal burning.  Recently, when avoiding all other foods except for the green shakes, chia, and coconut, I have had small amounts of blood in my stool.

I am tired, weak, in and out of brain fog, in abdominal pain most of the time, and have joint pain whenever I walk (I never wear heels anymore) and now light headed 30% of the time even though I drink 10/12+ cups of water per day.  I have had a constant headache for over a month now.

I have been diagnosed with IgG allergies (April 2012), Gastritis (Spring 2009), Yeast infection in back of throat (April 2012), H Pylori infection (Spring 2009).  I was treated for both infections at the time.

Testing:

I have tested negative for the following in the spring of 2009: Celiac, Crohn's, Colitis disease
I have normal general blood work
I have tested positive for H. Pylori in 2009 and was treated at the time with an antibiotic
I have tested positive for a yeast infection in the back of my throat in April 2012 and was given antifungal lozenges at the time
90 minute Lactulose breath test negative today.

Medication:
Vyvanse every day
Topical Skin Lotion

Thoughts:

SIBO?  -- Tested Lactulose Negative today

But if you were avoiding gluten when you were tested for celiac, the results might be a false negative.

I don't honestly remember.   I would have followed all test instructions to the t.   Meanwhile I avoid gluten like the plague anyway

Lactulose is a medication used to treat constipation.  Lactose is an enzyme that you can be intolerant to.  I believe you mean lactose breath test.  Had you been eating plenty of gluten when you were tested for celiac?

Were you able to get your questions answered on another forum?  By lactulose, do you mean lactose tolerance test?
